An exception thrown as a DataTruncation exception
(on writes) or reported as a
DataTruncation warning (on reads)
when a data values is unexpectedly truncated for reasons other than its having
execeeded MaxFieldSize.
The SQLstate for a DataTruncation during read is 01004.
